Eastern Europe is changing rapidly. Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine, the realignment of Europe’s security landscape, economic transformations, and political dynamics in countries such as Poland and Russia are presenting new challenges for companies, institutions, and decision-makers.

I help make sense of these developments and explain their implications for the economy, politics, and international cooperation.

Trust Through Collaboration (Selected Partners)

As a lecturer in International Management and an expert on Eastern Europe, I combine academic analysis with practical experience. My research focuses on political and economic developments in Central and Eastern Europe—particularly in Poland, Russia, and Ukraine—as well as on the implications for businesses, public institutions, and international cooperation.

I share my expertise through lectures, workshops, consulting projects, and as a guest speaker for the media and at public events. In doing so, I make it a priority to explain complex issues in an accessible way, highlight different perspectives, and combine well-founded analyses with concrete recommendations for action.

Focus Areas of My Work

  • Political and economic developments in Central and Eastern Europe
  • Russia, Ukraine, and Poland in the European context
  • International economic relations and geopolitical risks
  • Internationalization and management in a dynamic environment
  • Swiss perspectives on Eastern Europe and European cooperation
  • Planning, organizing, and leading study tours in Poland

Whether it’s a conference, a corporate event, a training session, or a media interview: I look forward to contributing to the dialogue with in-depth analyses and clear context.
